Shoegasm

I bet you all had a “Shoegasm” after reading my previous blog post and quickly searched the internet where you could cop all those beautifully-designed kicks! That’s why I decided to make a continuation of that post and once again share my current obsession. Ready? Here we go!

This shoe brand is well-known for their collaboration with this designer whose design consists of prints, colors, and wings! Yep, it’s no other than the Adidas x Jeremy Scott shoes! They just recently released these babies. A graffiti inspired design, vibrant neon, and a pair accentuated with a zipper!

The second one is the world’s leading supplier of athletic shoes and probably the most popular brand of shoes of all time. I guess everyone will agree to me that only NIKE can claim this spot. Nike collaborated with Jake Messing and produced a collection inspired with prints! Take a look at Nike’s Limited Edition SB Sneaker Prints.

What comes into your mind when you heard of shoes that are made out of paper? Will only last for a day? Can’t be used on a rainy weather? Well let me educate you that there’s this shoe brand that’s been making shoes using a paper! BUT, these paper shoes are made from Tyvek Paper which is highly DURABLE and WATERPROOF! Totally mind-blowing! Let me take you to the world of Civic Duty!

Recreation in Gunmetal/Lime

Exhilaration in Paper Bag

Fascination in White

Sensation in Fudge Brownie

You can cop a pair of these paper shoes at Greyone Social in Greenbelt 5-Makati. For more info, you can also check their facebook page: Civic Duty Philippines, and follow them on Twitter: CivicDutyPh. Let us all make a difference as Civic Duty gives back to their chosen charity!
